Developed a technology modernisation strategy, vision and updated architecture principles to provide guidance on how to modernise all technology areas.
Workload Placement Framework
Developed and defined a workload placement framework to provide guidance on where to place workloads across SAAS, Public Cloud (PAAS/IAAS), On-Premises Private Cloud (PAAS/IAAS) based on specific business requirements.
Technology Report for 2026-2031 EDPR Submission
Reviewed, assessed, and categorised all applications and infrastructure in accordance with the workload placement framework and modernisation strategy to prepare a report as part of the upcoming 2026-2031 EDPR submission.
Business Case for Shared IT On-Premises Private Cloud
Completed the initial business case for the implementation of a Shared IT On-Premises Private Cloud which was the first project identified within the modernisation strategy.
Operations and Standards for Using AWS Public Cloud
Developed and defined the standards and operational practices for how to use the AWS Public Cloud more efficiently and consistently across different business areas. This tied in with the workload placement framework and the types of applications that are most suitable for deployment to Public Cloud (PAAS/IAAS) for a critical infrastructure organisation.
